Shipping policy

Delivery will only be made after confirmation of payment by the Seller's banking organization.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer on the online form serving as an order form.

Delivery takes place, according to the mode chosen by the Customer, within the following time frames:

The products are delivered to the delivery address that was indicated during the order and within the specified time frame (6-10 days).

An additional delay may be considered when we are in the case of a CO-CREATION (the delay depends on the creation time and the availability of each person to work on the project. This is discussed at the initiative of the project) or a PRE-ORDER.

Delivery times are given as an indication. No compensation can be claimed from the Seller or the carrier in case of delivery delays. If the delivery time exceeds thirty days from the order, the sales contract may however be terminated and the Customer reimbursed.

Delivery costs are FREE for packages weighing no more than 30kg and with a total surface area of 300cm (max 150cm length) for a limited area: Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Allemagne, Pays-Bas. Outside of these conditions, FIBR.STUDIO reserves the right to adjust the delivery charges.

Additional costs resulting from incomplete or erroneous information provided by the Customer will be invoiced to them. For availability reasons, an order may be subject to multiple successive deliveries to the Customer.

The seller reminds that at the moment the Customer physically takes possession of the products, the risks of loss or damage of the products are transferred to them. It is the responsibility of the Customer to notify the carrier of any reservations on the delivered product.
